Maintaining confidentiality
We control confidential information strictly<\/span><\/h2>\n

\n\t\t\t\tIn our company, much of what we “see” and “speak” in our day-to-day operations is confidential matter.
\n Confidentiality is observed in all operations, including the manufacture of coaters and dryers at the request of our customers, the coating and floating drying processes using these machines, and the development of new products that have not yet been introduced to the market.
\n We are engaged in daily operations based on the recognition that “customer information is customer property.”<\/p>\n

In some cases, we may conclude a “nondisclosure agreement”, but with or without it, we promise to responsibly manage all matters related to the series of operations requested by our customers (information obtained such as the contents of interviews, development themes and objectives, and experimental history and results), regardless of whether it is inside or outside the company. Please rest assured.\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n

When we receive information, we will clarify the purpose of use and obtain the customer’s consent before accepting the information.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Confidential information obtained from customers will not be disclosed or leaked to any third party, whether in writing, orally, or by any other means.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

  • We ensure that employees who handle confidential information are familiar with the purpose and content of the confidentiality obligation, and that confidentiality is maintained with due care of prudent manager. <\/ li>\n
  • We will not outsource any business that uses confidential information unless we have prior consent with the customer. The responsibilities of the contractor are the same as those of us. <\/ li>\n
  • We will ensure that your information is deleted when we determine that there is no longer a need to continue storing it.<\/ li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n

    Inquiries regarding personal information<\/h4>\n

    When we receive a request for confirmation, disclosure, or correction of the customer information data held by us, we will take appropriate measures after confirming the identity of the requesting party.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

    Handling intellectual property rights (supplementary items)<\/h4>\n

    In the event that an invention or device is made through the use of customer information, we will promptly notify the customer and consult with the customer regarding the ownership of the intellectual property rights, cost sharing, licensing rights, etc. The content of the intellectual property rights to be applied for shall be subject to the confidentiality described above.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/section><\/div>\n<\/section>\n
