Current work description<\/h3>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\tI am using my Design knowledge and experience to improve the value of our products.
\nCurrently, as a Chief Leader, I make specific proposals for improvements to the Designs
created by each staff member to increase product value by balancing functionality and cost.
\nWe also review specifications from scratch and examine how they can be improved and
\nstandardized to reduce costs, and propose ways to reduce man-hours and
mass-produce parts at a single location, leading to actual operation.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Enjoyment and satisfaction of work<\/h3>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tI love making things, and the moment I feel a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction is when parts are turned into equipment based on my drawings and I am able to actually touch it.
\nI am also working on standardizing equipment that is already in production.
\nI make the equipment easy to handle for customers and operators, and at the same time devise ways to reduce costs, and propose them to the manager, but they are strictly checked, so they are never approved at the first time. It is tough when I have multiple projects, but that is why it is worthwhile, and I feel a great sense of accomplishment when I complete them.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

What I value in my work<\/h3>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tI value listening sincerely to customers and assembly workers. While discussing with the people on site who assemble the equipment and with the manager, we will compromise where we can, and persistently consider what we cannot, until we are both satisfied.
\nPerhaps that is why I am sometimes told that I am stubborn.(lol)\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

            Hobbies and how to spend holidays<\/h3>\n

            \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tMy hobby is riding a motorcycle and I have been doing since my school days. On my days off, I ride my favorite one and enjoy riding in nature, including Lake Biwa and its surroundings. Sometimes I go alone, and sometimes I go touring with my company friends who like riding a motorcycle. I also enjoy camping tours with tents and sleeping bags on my motorcycle.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

            Motivation for joining the company<\/h3>\n

            \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tI wanted to be involved in mechanical work. When I consulted my professor in the university laboratory about my desire to join a company that is engaged in mechanical design and manufacturing, he thought the atmosphere of this company suited me and wrote a recommendation for me.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

            What I like about the company<\/h3>\n

            \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWe are a company of 250 employees. The advantages of us is that our staff members are close to each other across departments, creating an environment where the engineering department, which draws drawings, and the manufacturing department, which manufactures products, are able to express their opinions and listen to each other on a daily basis.
            \nIn actual work, for example, even if the engineering staff designed it with good intentions, we can find out quickly that it is difficult to use, by having discussions with manufacturing staff, so I feel very grateful for that.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

            Company culture<\/h3>\n

            \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThere are no barriers between departments. I think that our human relations are non-hierarchical, and it is a so-called “open workplace”.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/section><\/div>\n<\/section><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n
