\n\t\t\t\t\tI am mainly responsible for assembling equipment and installing and adjusting facilities.
\nI have been involved in this work ever since I joined the company,
\nand now I have many occasions to instruct junior staff at customer sites.\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n

Enjoyment and satisfaction of work<\/h3>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWhen I talk with younger employees or go on overseas business trips, I find it interesting to encounter ideas and new perspectives that are different from my own.
\nParticularly, I often learned things from the different ways of thinking in foreign countries, which sometimes led to subsequent work proposals, making it a very beneficial to me.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tI value communication with the people I work with, especially younger employees. Even if we’re not exactly friends, I think it’s easier to work together if we’re on a relationship where we can joke around a little.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

        How to spend holidays<\/h3>\n

        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tI have been playing volleyball since junior high school. Since I was 18 years old, I have been a member of an adult team and often practice on weekday evenings.
        \nI also like to play golf, but I don’t go there much these days because I spend most of my holidays with my children. But I participate in volleyball matches as much as possible!\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

        What I like about the company<\/h3>\n

        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tI believe that our strength lies in our ability to meet the needs of our customers on a completely custom-made basis, as well as our history and experience since our establishment over a century ago.
        \nThe fact that there are drawings that have been handed down since the company’s inception is proof of how highly perfected the products were from the very beginning.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

        Motivation for joining the company<\/h3>\n

        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWhen I was considering my career path after graduation, I became interested when I heard that two of our graduates had joined the company. As I researched the company, I learned about the good atmosphere at the plant and the low turnover rate, and followed my gut feeling that it was a good company.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

        What to expect from the company<\/h3>\n

        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe strength of our products is that they are completely custom-made, but there is a drawback that it takes a long time to deliver them. Now that the market is demanding faster delivery, I am considering the possibility of offering a semi-custom type of service in the future.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

        Company culture<\/h3>\n

        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tOur workplace has a relaxing atmosphere. Communication is good regardless of department, and managers are very friendly. I think it is really easy to work there because there is a culture of being able to consult immediately if you have a problem and trying to respond to it no matter how much time it takes.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/section><\/div>\n<\/section><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n
