\n\t\t\t\t\t\tI don’t have a background in science and technical, and I was not good at science and math subjects.
\nWhen I joined the company, and even now, it is a continuous challenge for me. However, such challenges lead me to the next stage.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Current work description<\/h3>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\tWe assemble the equipment at the factory and transport it to the client’s site for installation.
\nSince the equipment is large, it is often installed in large factories.
\nIn addition, we are currently making many deliveries overseas, mainly to Korea, Taiwan, China, and other Asian countries,
and once we go on a business trip for installation, we usually spend two to three months, or about six months at the most when it takes time.\n\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Enjoyment and satisfaction of work<\/h3>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe equipment handled is not a single piece of equipment, but a combination of multiple pieces of equipment, which eventually becomes one long production line. At the most, we install a total of 50 to 60 units one by one. I have a hard time when a situation that requires local adjustments arises. I must deal with the situation and proceed by thinking on my own or sometimes by consulting with my supervisor. This is because it is one of the units in the production line, and if it does not work, the entire line will stop. There is no comparison to the sense of relief and accomplishment when the equipment works according to specifications and the entire production line is operational.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

        How to spend holidays<\/h3>\n

        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tI go out with my children by bicycle. Since I am sometimes away on business trips, I enjoy playing with my children on weekends when I am at home.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

        What I like about the company<\/h3>\n

        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWhen I joined the company, I couldn’t read engineering drawings at all. I also couldn’t even assemble the machine, which was a constant struggle for me, but senior employees patiently taught me until I understood. There were times when I wanted to quit the company, but once I managed to overcome the hardships and learn to understand the work, it became interesting. I am grateful to the company for supporting and looking out for my challenges.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

        Motivation for joining the company<\/h3>\n

        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tMy parents’ home is in Shiga Prefecture, the same prefecture as the plant office, and the advisor of the club activities I belonged to was also in charge of employment. The teacher advised me that because of its stable management, it has a long history and would be safe. It was also attractive to me because one of my seniors was also working there, so I had an acquaintance.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

        Company culture<\/h3>\n

        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEvery employee listens and tries to understand the other’s point of view. This seems to be the very attitude of this company. I think the company’s corporate culture is the friendly atmosphere created by mutual understanding.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/section><\/div>\n<\/section><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n
