\n\t\t\t\t\t\tWhen I was first assigned to the R&D group, I felt that I would be a burden to my seniors if I took the attitude of being taught just because I was new. I still keep the word “Originality and ingenuity” by my side to emphasize the importance of thinking for oneself first, rather than asking someone else.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\tI am responsible for providing feedback of test results to customers and Design departments.
\nI am involved in the entire process from Design and actual assembly to checking the operation of the experimental product
and reporting the results to the customer.\n\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Enjoyment and satisfaction of work<\/h3>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tI find it rewarding because the work I am doing now fits perfectly with what I had envisioned from the term “research and development”.
\nIn addition, I am a graduate of an electrical university, and recently I have been taking on more and more assignments where I can apply what I learned in college. I enjoy programming related to sensors, for example.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

          How to spend holidays<\/h3>\n

          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tI have been break dancing since I was a student. On my days off, I practice it, participate in dance events, and dance at school festivals depending on the time of year. On average, I perform a dance in front of an audience about once a month.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

          Motivation for joining the company<\/h3>\n

          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe company handles a field similar to the research I was doing at school, and the commute was a key factor in my application. When I heard at the information session that “employee social events are often held,” I also felt that the corporate culture would suit me.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

          Good points about the company<\/h3>\n

          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIt is good point that all members are basically very caring, and they always give me an answer when I ask a question. That’s why it makes me feel like I’m going to solve what I can do on my own. I also think we should be proud of the fact that we have many tactful employees who can come up with countermeasures one after another even if something goes wrong.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIt is good communication. We routinely check and consult with each other on a daily basis, and are quick to make decisions when the time comes.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/section><\/div>\n<\/section><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n
