Business history

1912	June INOUE steel works was founded by Masaji lnoue at Yoriki-machi, Kita-ku, Osaka.
1929	May Aerofin type tube was fabricated for the first time in Japan, patent granted.
1936	January Reformed to an incorporated company from a limited partnership. Paid capital stock 150,000 yen, and appointed Masaji lnoue as president.
1961	June At the 50th anniversary, appointed Tadayoshi lnoue as president and Shoji lnoue as chairman of the board.
1962	May Established the Tokyo branch office in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
1964	January Publicly listed in the Second Section of the Osaka Securities Exchange.
1964	June Shiga Factory was constructed at Oshinohara, Yasu, Shiga Prefecture (old: Yasu-cho, Yasu-gun, Shiga Prefecture), completed the first phase construction. (current No.1 Factory)
