Enjoyment and satisfaction of work

That is when I am relied upon by someone. I find it rewarding when I teach them things that only the office staff would know, such as how to input data into a computer or how to do business trip reimbursements, and they thank me for it.
I can also read engineering drawings to some extent from the work experience I had in my former department. Although a large percentage of the workforce is male, everyone is friendly and pleasant to work with.

Current work description

I am in charge of all administrative duties for my department.
The work involves sorting drawings and inputting man-hours.

What I value in my work

I often make postings to put up in our factory and office, and I try to create them in a way that they are easily understood not only by myself but also by third parties.
Since most of them are about company etiquette and informing people of dangers and cautions, I try to create them in such a way that they can be easily recognized at a glance.

I like Mitsuru Nakamura’s words, “Life is a multiplication. No matter how many chances you have, if you are zero, they are meaningless.”
I was on the track team when I was in high school, and I learned the term at that time. I really empathized with the meaning that anything you do is meaningless if you don’t have feelings for it, and that feelings are the most important thing, even in the most trivial things. I am still working with this feeling.

What I am aiming for in the future

I would like to let 5S (Sorting, Setting-in-Order, Shining, Standardizing and Sustaining the Discipline) sink in our department. Since we work with a lot of paperwork, some of it inevitably gets disorganized, but the training made me realize that work goes more smoothly in a well-organized workplace. I want to make the workplace easy to understand what is where from a woman’s perspective.

How to spend holidays

I have a sweet tooth, so I enjoy visiting stores that are known for their cakes and Japanese sweets.

What I like about the company

The female staff are all friendly. We have lunch together at the company cafeteria.
It is also nice that paid leaves are easily available. I thought it would be difficult to take paid leave, but they accept it even for personal reasons.

Why did you decide to join this company?

I used to work for an educational facility, but I wanted to take the plunge and work for a company in a completely different industry. I wanted to do my best in a completely new environment and with a new mindset. I chose this company on a hunch. (lol)
But my intuition was not wrong. During the interview, the person in charge of the General affairs department was very polite and helpful on the phone. I had a very positive impression of the company and decided to join.

Company culture

Everyone is energetic and lively in a good way. But when we are working, we are much more focused. I think the good thing about our company is that we have a clear “on” and “off” routine.
