This has been my motto since I played football.
Daring and exquisite touches are required for footballers. The same applies to the manufacturing sites. Since both daring and exquisite processes are required for manufacturing, I always tell these words myself.
Current work description
We assemble equipment in-house and transport them to domestic and overseas locations for local installation.
After that, we work with the design staff to adjust the equipment and perform trial runs to confirm operation.
Enjoyment and satisfaction of work
The work is different every day, which is perfect for me because I don’t like routine work.
I also travel with senior employees on business trips, and it is a great asset for me to be able to learn the skills of my seniors right beside them.
Besides the technical aspects, for example, we, as manufacturers, sometimes act as site supervisors at our clients’ sites, so we can also develop our management skills.
I sometimes found it hard, but once I got used to it, I was fine. I also feel that the interaction with people from other countries on business trips is stimulating, as it allows me to learn about different ways of thinking, and I feel that my own personality has also become more developed.
What I value in my work
To take notes. In the first year, I was struggling to learn and tended to neglect taking notes. After that, I often could not remember how I had handled the situation, even when I had done it during my first year. Each time I regretted that I should have written it down, so since then I have made sure to take notes without fail.

How to spend holidays
I used to be a member of an adult soccer team, but now I play futsal and surf.
On weekends, I also play with my children and go to the beach.
Motivation for joining the company
I studied mechanical engineering at university and was recommended by my employment manager. Before that, I had worked for a short period of time at an automotive plant through an internship program. I loved cars and engines, but it was an assembly line work, just tightening the bolts on the engine. I consulted with my teacher to see if there was a company that could do more work, and that’s when I learned about this company.
What I like about the company
I am proud of the company that manufactures industrial machinery. We make custom-made equipment from the design according to the type of product to be manufactured at the factory.
For example, depending on whether it is a car production line or a battery production line, the same parts can be assembled in completely different ways, resulting in equipment that looks different. Although this equipment is not familiar to the general public, I am glad to be able to do work that supports the foundation of the manufacturing industry behind the scenes.
Company culture
