My motto is to be cherished by others.

When younger employees receive training at the time of joining the company, I always tell them to be cherished by senior employees and customers.
People tend to get along with co-workers who began the same year immediately after joining the company.
It is also important; however, when something goes wrong, senior employees often help you. To have help from them, it is important to build positive relationships on a regular basis.
I believe that the same applies to the relationship with our customers. If you have good relationships with our customers while keeping a certain distance, you may gain their cooperation.

Although it is difficult to lead team members and communicate with them, I find it rewarding.
Since each job must be done by its deadline, when there are many things to do, I should consider the allocation of work for the team and each staff member. I have established several sections in the team that I lead and assigned the leader for each section, and we have meetings regularly. At the meetings, we share information and exchange opinions about the allocation of work and technical issues. Every day, I am making efforts so that each staff member can work responsibly and rewardingly. We also have many joint projects with other teams. I strive to create a work environment where staff members and leaders can easily exchange opinions with staff members even in other groups. It is a particularly rewarding moment when each staff member demonstrates their abilities as a member of the team and we have positive results.

What I value in my work

Each job must be done by its deadline and time is limited. I believe that it is important to simplify each job to conduct work efficiently. By doing this, members have more private time to satisfy themselves both physically and mentally and get motivated to work, and eventually labor productivity will be improved.

Target

In recent years, I have come to realize that technological capabilities have been improved in China and other Asian countries. For this reason, I would like to improve technological capabilities of my team and staff members. I strive to have my team members proactively think and work by themselves by efficiently working to hone their technical and planning skills and thereby secure time for new technology development.

Hobbies and how to spend holidays

I play amateur baseball with my friends on holidays. I am an infielder. I mainly practice before a game.

What I like about this company

I joined the company as a mid-career worker. I am fascinated by the fact that our staff members are very close to each other and that there is an environment in which senior members can always consult with junior members. When I had difficulty in drawing plans after I just joined the company, senior members helped me a lot.

Motivation for applying for this company

I worked for an electronic company. However, since I wanted to be involved in manufacturing tangible products, I determined to make a career change to a machine technology engineer to join this company.

What I expect from the company

We want to further expand into the world. The company has made inroads into East Asia and is expanding the market; however, I aim to help to build relationships with new customers without being satisfied with the current situation. My major goal is to have Techno Smart obtain recognition not only in Asia but in various other regions.
