You can stop anything easily, but cannot continue easily. It is even harder to start again what you have stopped. They may be common words, but they frankly teach me the importance of continuing.
Current work description
I am engaged mainly in assembly of machines and installation and adjustment of facilities.
Since I joined this company, I have been engaged in these duties,
and currently I often provide instructions to younger members at sites to which our products are delivered.
What pleases and motivates me
I find it interesting to come across ideas that are different from mine and new perspectives when I talk to younger members and make overseas business trips.
In particular, there were many things that I noticed from differences in thinking from overseas people, some of which led to subsequent work proposals. Such experience assists me in my work.
What I value in my work
I value communication with people that I work with, especially with younger members. This is because it is easier to work in a relationship where we can make a light joke with each other, if not we become friends.
What I am aiming for in the future
There is a senior member whom I respect.
I will make efforts to get closer to that person.
I would be happy if younger employees wanted to become like myself someday.

How to spend holidays
I have been playing volleyball since I was a junior high school student. Since I was 18 years old, I have been a member of a club for adults, and often practice on weekday nights.
I also like golfing; however, recently, I have spent a lot of time with my children on holidays, I do not go golfing very often. However, I participate in as many volleyball games as possible!
What I like about this company
I think that our strengths are that we can meet the needs of our customers by producing complete custom-made machines, and that we have a history and experience of more than one century from our founding.
The fact that there are drawings that have been handed down from the founding of this company is proof that we made high-quality products from the beginning.
Motivation for applying for this company
When considering my career after graduation, I was interested in this company knowing that two graduates joined this company. While researching this company, I learned that the factory has a good atmosphere and that this company’s turnover is quite low, and I intuited that this was a good company, which was a deciding factor.
What I expect from the company
We have the strength in that our products are completely made-to-order; however, we also have the disadvantage in that it takes time to deliver products. In order to meet the current market needs for quickness, I would like to consider services in the form of semi-order in the future.
Culture of this company
This company has a cozy atmosphere. Members have conversations beyond departments and managers also talk to us frankly. Since there is a corporate culture in which we can consult senior members immediately when I have a problem and they try to deal with it no matter how much time it spends, this company is really easy to work at.
