Comfortable workplace in which members have close relationships with each other

What pleases and motivates me during work

When I am relied on, I am happy. I feel fulfilled when I teach things that only clerical members can know, such as methods for PC entry and business trip settlement, to department members and they were delighted.
From my experience during work at the department before I was transferred to the current department,
I can distinguish drawings to some extent. Although I am working at a workplace with many male members, they all are kind, so I can work comfortably.

Current work description

I take charge of general office work at my department.
For example, I sort drawings, manage attendance for permanent and temporary staff members,
and enter the number of man-hours at the department.

What I value in my work

I often make materials intended for wall display in the factory and offices. I make efforts to prepare them so that not only myself, but also third parties can understand them easily.
Many of them are materials for communicating in-house manners and for danger prevention, so I devise ways to make them seen at a glance.

Mitsuru Nakamura’s words, “Life is multiplication. No matter how many chances you have, if you are zero, they are meaningless.” I belonged to a track-and-field club when I was a high school student. I heard these words at that time. I believe that they meant “Whatever we do, there is no point if we do not have passion. Even when we do a small thing, passion is the most important.” I really sympathized with this meaning of the words.

What I am aiming for in the future

I want to spread 5S (Sorting, Setting-in-Order, Shining, Standardizing and Sustaining the Discipline) into the department. Since we handle many documents at the department, it tends to become disorganized; however, I was keenly aware at the training that we get more work done if the workplace is well-organized. I want to make the workplace organized from the female perspective so that everyone can easily see what is where.

What I like about this company

All female staff members are friendly. We have a box lunch together at the company cafeteria.
I am happy that it is easy to take paid leave. I used to believe that it is difficult to take paid leave; however, this company gives consideration to our personal circumstances.

Why did you decide to join this company?

I worked for an education-related institution; however, I found the courage to work for a company with totally different occupation. I wanted to make a fresh start in a brand new environment. I relied on instinct to choose this company (laughter). However, my instinct was not wrong. Members of the General Affairs department dealt very politely with me at the time of the job interview and also kindly answered calls from me. I had a good feeling toward this company, so I decided to join it.

Culture of this company

All members are high-spirited and clamorous in a good sense. However, they work without distraction. I think that the good thing about this company is that everyone makes the distinction between work and private.
