They have been a motto since I played football.
Daring and exquisite touches are required for footballers. The same applies to the manufacturing sites. Since both daring and exquisite processes are required for manufacturing, I always tell these words myself.
Current work description
I assemble machines in the factory, transport them to companies in Japan and overseas, and install them on site.
After that, I work with designers to adjust and test-run the machines, and perform operation checking.
What pleases and motivates me
Since my work is different every day, it is perfect for me. I do not like routine work.
Also, I sometimes travel with senior employees and can learn their skills at their side, which is a great asset for me.
When we are on a business trip, we, the manufacturer, sometimes act like on-site supervisors. In addition to technical aspects, I can improve our management skills on that occasions.
Sometimes I found it difficult; however, I have get used to it and now I am okay. Interactions with local people on business trips provide me with opportunity to come into contact with various ways of thinking, which inspire me. I feel that these experiences have added to the depth of my personality.
What I value in my work
I value taking notes. In my first year, I was desperate to remember jobs and tended to neglect to take notes. After that, I often experienced that I could remember what I did a certain job in my first year but could not remember how I did it. Since whenever I had such experience, I regretted that I should have taken notes, now I keep that a habit.

How to spend holidays
I used to be a soccer team member, but now I play futsal and surf.
On weekends, I play with my child and go to the sea.
Motivation for applying for this company
I am from the department of machine engineering, and a teacher in charge of occupation recommended this company. Before that, I used the internship system to work at an automobile-related factory for a short time. This was because I like cars and engines; however, at the factory, I had to keep tightening engine bolts on the production line. I asked the teacher whether there was a company where I could do more various jobs, and I got to know this company.
What I like about this company
I am proud of this company that manufactures industrial machines. At the factory, we determine what kind of machine we will manufacture and build a machine that meets the needs to order from design.
For example, depending on whether it is a car manufacturing line or a battery manufacturing line, the assembly method is completely different even if the same parts are used, and a machine with a different appearance is created. Although it seems hard for general consumers to see our machines, I am happy to do work that supports the foundation of the manufacturing industry behind the scenes.
Culture of this company
It is good communication. I can talk with other members even about small things on a daily basis, and when the need arises, decision-making is quick.
