As a coordinator of electrical instrumentation systems
I worked on this project as an engineer for adjustment of electrical instrumentation at the installation site and was primarily responsible for adjusting the unwinding and winding equipment.
We conducted the commissioning work with the aim of making it safer and easier for the customer’s production operators to operate and maintain.
It was the largest machinery I had ever worked on.
There were so many items to check, and it was quite difficult to confirm and adjust whether the specifications were met, whether the interlocks were securely applied, and so on.
The equipment we delivered to our customer was different from what we have been involved in so far, and I learned a lot of new things during the adjustment work. Although I was in the position of an adjustment engineer, I feel it was a good experience.
In terms of my life during the business trip, although it was a long stay, I was able to spend some fulfilling days off playing sports and sightseeing with our company’s members and customer representatives. I learned that creating good relationships with customers is necessary to produce good machinery.
