New employee training

This company has designated one year after new employees join this company as the new employee training period.

Each new employee will learn general knowledge and business etiquette necessary as a member of society, as well as understand basic matters, such as our business description and job description, and CSR, ISO9001 (quality), ISO14001 (environment) and other matters to form the foundation to globally play an active role as an employee of Techno Smart. Our curriculum includes training sessions by department in the factory, technical training sessions in the design room, and other sessions for each new employee to experience manufacturing firsthand. Each new employee may participate in skills training, human rights promotion training and other external training, as necessary.
One year after new employees join this company, they have a follow-up interview to look back on the training period.

Training process content

New employee training
  • Prospective employee period

    In preparation to become members of society, prospective employees will learn business etiquette and personal computer application skills (Excel and Word) through e-learning, etc.

  • Training at the time of joining the company (around 3 weeks)

    New employees will learn the company profile and work rules through classroom lectures, and acquire knowledge about safety, general knowledge, business etiquette, and knowledge about CSR, ISO9001 and ISO14001.

  • On-site factory manufacturing training (around 5 months)

    Under a senior employee called trainer, each new employee will learn machine names and functions while watching the manufacturing procedure, and the way and skills of using tools through assembly and welding practices. New employees may help with joint experiments with customers who visited the company at the research facilities.

  • Technical training in the design room (around 6 months)

    New employees will learn technical knowledge necessary for design drafting and how to operate CAD. After learning the basic knowledge and how to operate CAD, they will gradually begin practical tracing of drawings under the guidance of senior employees.

  • Follow-up interview

    Each new employee will have an interview to look back on the training period. Based on this interview, which department each employee will be assigned to will be determined.
