Employee Self-Evaluation

This system allows employees to report their future career aspirations to the company once a year (February every year). They report their current work motivation, how they can exercise their abilities in their current work, and desire to be transferred, along with their health and personal circumstances, and through interviews with their supervisors, confirm the work content and involvement in which they can further enhance their personal development.

It is also used as information to promote appropriate development of individual abilities, to provide guidance and training based on the judgment of their abilities and aptitudes, to promote active communication among supervisors and subordinates, and to promote the allocation of the right person to the right job based on their wishes and the human resource development plan of each department.
