This is a system that allows employees to reserve the untaken portion of the statutory annual paid leave that are otherwise extinguished in two years, for 5 days a year, up to a total of 50 days. Employees can take the reserved paid leave for medical treatment for illness for 7 consecutive days or more, personal empowerment, training before the official retirement age, complete medical checkup, nursing care of close relatives, etc.
