Our company presents employee awards to long-serving staff, as well as to employees who have successfully filed or registered patents beneficial to the company and to those who have obtained advanced public qualifications related to their duties.
Long-service awards are presented once a year in January, while all other awards are presented at the company-wide assembly held at the beginning of each month. These ceremonies provide an opportunity for the entire company to recognize and commend employees’ daily efforts and achievements.
