Company trip

We organize company trips every few years through our Mutual Aid Association, bringing together employees from different departments and fostering closer relationships among them. Participation is voluntary, but many employees take part, as these trips offer a valuable opportunity to build relationships beyond departmental boundaries.
In 2014, the year of our 100th anniversary, we organized trips to an overseas destination (Guam) and a domestic destination (Hokkaido) in line with participants’ preferences, both of which were extremely well received.
Since then, we have continued to offer trips to attractive destinations, including:

FY2019: Arima Onsen
FY2023: Northern Kyushu
FY2025: Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan

Through these initiatives, we aim to help employees refresh themselves and to promote interaction within the company.
