Support for childbirth and childcare

  • Special leave at the time of childbirth of the spouse

    When an employee’s spouse gives birth to a child, he can take a 3-day special leave.

  • Money gift for childbirth

    When an employee or his spouse gives birth to a child, she or he can receive the money gifts for childbirth from the company and the Welfare Association.

  • Childcare leave system

    An employee can take a childcare leave until the day when the child reaches the age of two.

  • Childcare time system

    A female employee raising a child or children under the age of one year can claim the childcare time twice a day for 30 minutes each.

  • Short-time work system

    An employee raising a child or children under the age of three years can shorten the working hours.

  • Child nursing leave system

    An employee raising a child or children of preschool age can take a child nursing leave on an hourly basis for 5 days a year in the case he or she has a child and for 10 days a year in the case he or she has more than one child.
